1. Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@navyholiday.com. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for size or customer preference reasons.

Customers pay return shipping, plus a USD $15 fee for the replacement item. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@navyholiday.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. Product Differences
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as "not as expected" or color/appearance differences. Colors may vary by device or monitor.

4. Sale Products
Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. This term excludes non-sale items that have applied discount codes.
