Thank you for choosing Navy Holiday! Below is our shipping and delivery policy:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are ready within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. 
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is packed. 
  • Pre-order items hold the entire order until they arrive (in-stock items ship together).
  • Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Estimated delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Thank you for your patience.
2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from our studio in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan
  • Shipping Fee: HKD $30
  • Free Shipping: Orders over HKD $500
  • Carrier: Spaceship Shipping / SF Express
  • Delivery Time: within 14 days
International
  • Shipping Fee: USD $15
  • Free Shipping: Orders over USD $160
  • Delivery Times:
  • Carrier: Spaceship Shipping
  • Delivery Time: 5-25 days (depending on location)

3. Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are included in shipping for most international orders - no extra fees upon delivery. In rare cases where additional customs charges apply, the customer is responsible. Please check with your local customs office. Customs clearance may also affect delivery times, we are not responsible for such delays.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@navyholiday.com within 30 days of the shipping confirmation. 
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@navyholiday.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
